When will RAPID open?

Where is RAPID located, and is parking available?
2990 Midway Drive, Suite A, San Diego, CA 92110. Six dedicated parking spots are available, along with all other unreserved parking spots in the lot. The location is central and convenient for most San Diego residents.

What are your hours of operation?
Hours will be announced closer to opening and are being designed for flexible access. Join the list for notifications.

How long does a typical visit last?
Most visits last 30–90 minutes, with multiple rounds encouraged. Sessions are entirely self-paced.

What is the dress code?
Proper swimsuits or bathing suits are required at all times; no nudity, regular underwear, or street clothes. Choose comfortable, secure swimwear designed for water that allows free movement and relaxation. We maintain a clothed, calm environment focused on restoration for all guests.

What exactly is the RAPID experience?
A disciplined ritual: heat in the authentic Finnish sauna, cold plunge, rest, repeat. Self-paced in an uncrowded, serene space. Come in to feel great today, done in the way that’s best for your long-term health.

Is RAPID suitable for beginners?
Yes. Suitable for thoughtful newcomers and committed practitioners alike. First-time guests receive a brief introduction, and guidance is available if desired. Start gently and build as comfort grows.

What should I bring or wear?
 A swimsuit designed for water is all you need. Fresh towels and essential amenities are provided.

Why do you offer only sauna and cold plunge, no other services?
 This integrated sequence works best, refined over thousands of years of tradition and supported by modern research. We choose coherence and restraint, focusing on proven effectiveness over indulgence.

What makes your Finnish sauna authentic?
One of the most authentic Finnish sauna experiences in North America, featuring even heat distribution, forced fresh filtered air, a spacious layout, and traditional temperatures designed for deep release.

How cold is the cold plunge?
We will have six individual cold plunge tubs with a range of temperatures suitable for beginners and experienced plungers alike.

How do I join limited founding memberships?
Sign up for the list to be notified. Opportunities will be released soon on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I visit occasionally without a membership?
Yes, day passes and session packs are available for trials, tourists, or less frequent use.
 

Are there any health precautions?
The ritual is beneficial for most people, but consult a physician if you are pregnant, have heart conditions, or have other health concerns. Hydrate well and listen to your body.
